- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- salt and pepper, pinch
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Mix the glaze first, and let the chicken sit in the glaze in a plastic bag for 30 minutes to over night.
Cook the chicken in a lightly oiled pan at 200C for 20-30 minutes.
